Lauren is an experienced litigator with a concentration in business and employment matters. She practices in federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as before administrative agencies, FINRA, the AAA, and other forums. Lauren has appeared in the United States Supreme Court and the New York Court of Appeals.

Lauren also counsels companies on employment and other issues relating to, among other things, business transactions, contracts, reorganizations, employee terminations and discipline, policies and procedures, compliance with law, and human resource management.
